HOW TO PREPARE:
Please have a journal and pen, water bottle, eye mask (or scarf) and blanket nearby. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The intention is to create an intimate gathering for women to come, connect and experience the power of Breathwork together to create a deeper level of calm within. No experience is needed. This is your time to recharge, especially during this busy time of year.
MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
Chelsea Szabo is an Executive coach, trainer and healer. For nearly 15 years she has supported thousands of women globally in the areas of confidence, communication, emotional intelligence and work / life integration. Chelsea is dedicated to helping women access their power and let it flow into all areas of their lives.
Chelsea has practiced this 2-stage pranayama breathwork for nearly 15 years and is grateful for the connection, joy and magic it’s blessed her life with.
