SERIES FACILITATORS

Chelsea Szabo is a certified career and personal growth coach, speaker, and founder of VerbalCourage. She is dedicated to helping professional women develop sustainable courage and confidence. With a decade of sales and advertising experience, she has deep insights into the minds and hearts of her clients. 

Chelsea is a co-founder of Empowership, a year-long training and mentorship program for women.

Chelsea received her certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and is accredited through the International Coach Federation.

Tiana Sanchez, founder of Tiana Sanchez International, has trained and coached top leaders in the private and public sectors for 20 years.

Her company has been named “Best Executive Coaching” program by HR.Com, her global podcast, Like a Real Boss, inspires thousands of people in over 70 countries, and her two books, F'd Up: The Upside of Failure and Undefeatable: Conquering Self-Defeat, support her work in the development space.

Tiana has focused on work that stimulates a NEW Conversation on Diversity Sensitivity Training and had done extensive work with clients on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality. 

Cecilia Gorman is a veteran of the advertising industry where she spent 20+ years in production, recruiting, and human resources. It's been her mission to inspire, educate and motivate managers toward their greatest potential. 

She is a DISC-certified speaker and trainer with the John C. Maxwell Team and is the owner of Creative Talent Partners, a training consultancy that specializes in the development of new and struggling managers and the teams they lead.

As well, she’s the co-founder of Empowership, a year-long training and mentorship program for women, and is the creator of Manager Boot Camp, a digital training course for managers of all levels.
