Here are overviews of the 3 allyship levels that could result from taking our Ally to Action Activation. This is an online tool to help determine your tendencies and raise your self-awareness when it comes to shepherding and supporting Diversity and Inclusion activities.

Remember, your score is a generalization and does not permanently classify you in any way. No matter what your score is everything in the Ally to Action Program is designed to help you understand Allyship and ways you can contribute to a more diverse and inclusive work environment for everybody.

It may be helpful to read the other four tendencies to help gain a broader perspective on the other allyship positions.
