About our speaker: Melanie Walker is the owner of NEAT Method, a luxury professional organizing company in Las Vegas. NEAT Method is a lifestyle service committed to creating more luxurious and smartly appointed living spaces. Melanie is passionate about helping busy people with hectic lives live in clutter-free spaces. She creates customized organizational solutions so her clients can focus their time and energy doing the things that matter most.
Melanie has lived in the Las Vegas community for over 20 years and prior to staring NEAT Method she was a leading human resources professional with over 15 years of senior-level experience. Throughout her career, Melanie has held positions as Vice President of Training for MGM Resorts International, Vice President of Human Resources - Excalibur, Director of Human Resources - The Mirage, Director of Training - Station Casinos.
Melanie earned her certification in executive coaching 2012 and started her own coaching practice. She utilizes the powerful practice of core energy leadership coaching that allows clients to gain clarity, focus and incredibly quick results.
Melanie holds an Associate of Arts degree from College of Southern Nevada, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and earned her designation as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). Melanie holds multiple training certifications including; Rapport Leadership Master Graduate and Franklin Covey Certified 7-Habits facilitator.
Melanie is passionate about the community and volunteers her time to several different organizations including: Nevada Ballet Theater, Las Vegas Ballet Company, Las Vegas Academy and Central Christian Church. She recently formed a partnership with Safe Nest to donate her clients unwanted items to support their mission to end domestic violence.
